Complaints or concerns regarding questionable accounting or auditing matters or any other activities believed to be unlawful, contrary to Corporate Policy or otherwise improper may be reported to the Audit Committee of the Old Republic International Corporation's Board of Directors or to its non-management independent Directors confidentially and anonymously by calling the following toll-free telephone number: 877-209-3659.

The hotline is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. Calls will be taken by trained personnel employed by an independent third party not affiliated with the Company. Call takers will create a record of all such calls and report them promptly to the Company's Audit Committee for its further review and handling as appropriate.
