As part of that commitment, TPA and Risk Services clients are supported by a designated team that includes an Account Executive, a Client Service Manager and a team of claims professionals. A claims supervisor leads the claims team, which also includes account claims professionals, a litigation specialist and nurse case managers.

Stewardship Reports
As part of Account Management, PMA also provides annual Stewardship Reports. Your Stewardship Report outlines trends that have an impact on your organization’s cost of risk. It also provides benchmarking, pending analysis, risk profiles and risk management analysis, as well as recommendations to help you in making risk management decisions.
