PMA Insurance Group named Sabrina Mitchell as Claims Assistant Vice President, Southeast Region. Ms. Mitchell will be responsible for leading PMA’s Southeast Region insurance claims operations and reports directly to Ray DiCello, Senior Vice President and Chief Claims Officer, PMA Insurance Group.

Ms. Mitchell has a 25-year insurance claims career, holding positions of increasing responsibility. She joined PMA Companies Claims in 2004 as a Regional Claims Supervisor and most recently served as a Regional Claims Manager, directing PMA insurance company claims teams in nine states throughout the Southeast.

Ms. Mitchell has obtained the designations of Certified Workers’ Compensation Specialist (CWC) and Certified Workers’ Compensation Litigation Specialist. She currently attends the University of South Florida. An active insurance industry professional, she has spoken for ten consecutive years at the Florida Workers’ Compensation Institute Education Conference and serves on the Board of the Faith-Based Claims Association.
