PMA Companies has named Irina Simpson Vice President of Field Claims Operations for its Third Party Administrators (TPA), PMA Management Corp. and PMA Management Corp. of New England. Ms. Simpson is responsible for the technical and operational leadership for PMA’s TPA claims services. She reports directly to James Walsh, Senior Vice President of Claims, PMA Management Corp./PMA Management Corp. of New England.

Most recently, Ms. Simpson was Assistant Vice President of Operations, Sedgwick Claims Management Services, where she managed operations and performance for claims teams nationwide. She has been in the claims field over ten years, holding positions of increasing responsibility.
“Irina has a highly successful track record,” says Walsh, noting her experience in delivering TPA claims services on a national scale, with expertise in developing program infrastructure, complex procedures, performance protocols and metrics for high-performance claims programs, and implementing data analytics for service excellence.
Ms. Simpson has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Penn State University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Temple University’s Fox School of Business.
