PMA Companies has named Linda S. Rice Vice President, Midwest Regional Officer. Ms. Rice is responsible for leading PMA Companies’ Midwest Operations, including offices in Chicago and Minneapolis. Based in the company’s Midwest Regional Office in the Chicago area, Ms. Rice reports directly to Ken Stanley, Senior Vice President, Distribution Management and Field Operations, PMA Companies.
“Growth in the Midwest continues to be a vital strategy for PMA,” says Stanley. “We are very confident that Linda’s blend of management experience, technical knowledge, and broker relationships will provide the strong leadership needed to continue our growth and success in the Midwest.”
Ms. Rice has over 25 years of commercial insurance experience in positions of increasing responsibility in the underwriting, branch management and marketing areas. She has provided leadership over large regional insurance operations, most recently as the Midwest Regional Vice President, Middle Markets & Construction for Zurich.
Ms. Rice is a graduate of Bowling Green State University and holds a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation, as well as a Property/Casualty Agent’s license.
