PMA Companies announced effective January 1, 2019, John Santulli, III will become President and Chief Executive Officer of PMA Companies. Vincent T. Donnelly, currently Chief Executive Officer, will become Executive Chairman of PMA Companies.

He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his new role, having served in corporate and field leadership positions with our Insurance and TPA operations,” said Mr. Donnelly. “This executive leadership transition comes at a time when we are growing our Insurance and TPA businesses and continue to expand our geographic footprint. I am confident that under John’s leadership, we will remain a premier provider of workers’ compensation and casualty insurance and TPA products and services.”
A Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Mr. Santulli started his insurance career in 1977 and joined PMA in 1982. He most recently held the office of President & Chief Operating Officer of PMA Companies. Prior to that, he served as Executive Vice President of Risk Services and Sales in which capacity he led the significant customer and other service functions of Claims, Risk Control, Managed Care, Client Services, Information Technology, and TPA Services. He was instrumental in the establishment of the Large Account and Risk Management Insurance operating units many years ago, and led the launch of PMA Management Corp. as PMA Companies entered the TPA business.
