Solutions Center is available to PMA insured clients upon request and provides access to our risk management resources. This service is primarily utilized by clients not requiring ongoing risk control support.
Solutions Center offers various channels to help our clients obtain Risk Control resources:
Solutions Center clients are contacted by PMA Risk Control professionals three times annually:
Initial contact: When you place your insurance coverage with PMA (and at renewal), we will provide you with an introduction to PMA resources, including Websource, our online portal of safety and risk management resources. We will also review your past loss experience and discuss your risk control needs.
Second contact: Mid-year, we check in with you to see if any problematic trends have developed. If so, we offer problem-resolution resources such as recommended technical bulletins, training, or other support materials. A visit to your facility by a PMA Risk Control consultant can be arranged.
Third contact: Approximately nine months after policy inception, we review your trends, reporting issues and concerns, and offer resources for solutions.
Solutions Center clients are connected to PMA Risk Control Services with risk management support. Our goal is to help reduce your claims by identifying loss trends and increasing awareness of loss exposures.
