Compliance that keeps everything in check

It's how quality-assured claims administration works

Our in-house compliance experts focus on local jurisdictional changes and state and national legislation in workers' compensation. We facilitate Section 111 reporting for Medicare and provide resources for helping to meet OSHA regulatory requirements. Our systems and financial reporting controls are SSAE18 SOC2 Type 2 compliant. And in the background, our Information Systems team is always making sure your data is safeguarded and visible only to essential parties.

Information Security

Safeguarding your company's and injured workers' information is paramount. We have Information Security teams in place to ensure your data is protected and accessible only by the right people.

SSAE18 SOC2 Type 2

The SSAE18 SOC2 Type 2 report focuses on PMA's non-financial reporting controls as they relate to security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy of our Guidewire ClaimCenter and Webseries systems. The SSAE18 SOC1 Type 2 report focuses on PMA's financial reporting controls. Type 2 reports indicate that PMA's non-reporting and reporting controls were tested. Together, these reports indicate you and your organization's auditors can rely on the quality controls PMA has in place.

Carrier audits

Carrier audit results are an excellent barometer for how well a claims administration program is managed. Our results average 98% and often top 100% across the range of audit categories from timely indemnity payment to claims cost reporting.

Every great partnership starts with a conversation.
