Solutions Center is a unique resource for PMA clients who don’t need to leverage PMA’s full-scale risk control services. This hybrid model offers the expertise of our Risk Control professionals and unlimited access to our safety knowledge resources.

Online Channels for Risk Control Resources

PMA provides expertise in technical areas—ergonomics, industrial safety, occupational health, industrial hygiene, property, and transportation—and industry-specific topics.

• PMA Websource® online resources, including PMA Safety Forum from PMA experts; online streaming digital videos; convenient live and on-demand learning from the PMA Organizational Safety Institute; safety committee guidance; and many more safety and risk management resources.
• Here-to-Help online forum where you can ask safety, compliance, and other risk control questions and receive a reply within 24 business hours.

Expert Support by PMA Risk Control Professionals

You’ll have a designated PMA Risk Control Professional to call for concerns. Solution Center clients are contacted, up to three times annually.*

• Initial contact at policy inception and renewal, with an introduction to PMA resources, review of your past loss experience, and inquiry into your risk control needs.
• Second contact: Mid-year, we check in with you. If any problematic trends have developed, we offer resources, such as technical bulletins, training, or other support materials. A visit to your facility by a PMA Risk Control Consultant can be arranged.
• Third contact: Nine months after policy inception, we review your trends, reporting issues and concerns, and offer resources for solutions.
