Our sales professionals live PMA’s values as they interact in the field with brokers, agents and clients in both existing and emerging markets. We rely on these professionals to lead the sales process using a consultative team-based approach, which includes our Client Service Managers, as well as our Claims and Risk Control professionals.

Our primary sales position is Account Executive for our Third Party Administrator (TPA). In this role, you will be responsible for growing a profitable book of self-insured and unbundled multi-line claim and related risk service business in a designated marketplace. Our Account Executives serve as the "face" of PMA and the primary liaison ensuring the needs of our brokers, agents and clients are met—and at every possible opportunity—exceeded. You will manage and grow a book of business and play a crucial role in developing and executing a sales and marketing strategy that supports new business and retention objectives, while building and maintaining strong broker, agent and client relationships.

PMA also recruits Business Development Managers, Territory Marketing Managers, and Client Service Managers responsible mainly for developing and executing sales and marketing plans in their territories. These key sales and service professionals actively work to support PMA's new business and client retention objectives, while building and maintaining strong broker and agent relationships.
