Peer Mentor

Peer mentoring at PMA

Your Peer Mentor will be an established, experienced PMA employee who will help you understand our company, culture, structure and operations. Your mentor will provide relevant and necessary information to help you make the transition into your new opportunity with PMA.

Two major components of the Peer Mentor relationship are as follows:

  • The Peer Mentor will answer early questions, concerns and provide resources as you transition into your new role and work environment.
  • Your Peer Mentor can easily answer questions about what’s normal protocol in the office, including operational functions, identifying the right people to go to for information, and correct procedures.
